Aerospace Machining Case Study: Airline Brake Systems

Several years ago, Gemini Machining founder and president Peter Eibeck, Sr., developed a process for extruding a particular material used in commercial jet airline brake systems far more efficiently – and affordably – than had ever been seen before.

We specialize in precision machining, precision turning and precision milling for the aerospace industry.

This was quickly noticed in the industry, beginning our relationship with a major designer and developer of airline brake systems. Today, Gemini Machining is their exclusive provider for several critical pieces of their products.

Each part we manufacture undergoes significant engineering review prior to machining by our experienced team, using certified, tested materials. After completion, they undergo our painstaking QC process, and are certified again by a third party before use.
